The Hit Air "Lightning Star" model is identical in design to the "CrossCountry" airbag waistcoat. The colouring increases passive safety, as the wearer is noticed early and from a long distance.
The neck area is light and softly lined and the 500 D nylon outer material makes the waistcoat particularly robust.
This model is available in two sizes: the medium size (M) covers sizes S to XL and the extra-large size (XL) covers sizes XL to 3XL.
This HitAir airbag waistcoat has the following features, among others:

I bought this hi-vis safety vest and I’m totally satisfied with it 😉 The vest fits so well and doesn’t get in the way! Unfortunately, I forgot to take it off after riding… so now I need a new cartridge – but most importantly, at least I now know that my vest works perfectly ;))

From me, 4 stars… I’m a convinced user, but so far I haven’t had to test it.
Right now it’s with you for maintenance and repair because I tore off a buckle.
What I’m curious about… I’ve lost a lot of weight, and the vest now feels much too large.
Could you upload more pictures online that clearly show how the vest should fit properly?
And how should I best attach it to a Western saddle with a horn?
When sitting the trot it really wobbles, I think it’s actually too big.

I've had the waistcoat for 2 years now and have already been able to test it. Never again another waistcoat!!!
The only drawback:
As it is adjustable for all sizes, it sits a little like a "sack" in size 36 and looks very large.
However, it provided optimum protection in the event of a fall.
Changing the cartridge was also no witchcraft and was done in a short time.

I've had the waistcoat for a year now and today the worst thing ever happened: my mare tripped and rolled over...and me too. The waistcoat triggered immediately and I landed softly (it felt like I was doing somersaults in gym class).
Nothing happened to me at all - thank God nothing happened to the horse either, but that had nothing to do with the waistcoat.
