The Hit Air team offers to inspect your Hit Air airbag product. Your airbag jacket or vest will be thoroughly checked inside and out.

The scope of services includes:
- Manual activation of the airbag
- Inspection of the airbag for possible damage
- Inspection of the activation mechanism
- Inspection of the coiled cable
- Inspection report
- Return shipping costs
What do I need to do after placing the order?
Once you have completed your order, please send the vest to be inspected to our company address. Be sure to include your order confirmation along with all your contact information in the package. As soon as we have inspected your vest, you will receive a return shipping confirmation by email, and your airbag vest will be returned to you within 2–3 business days.
Tip: Since return shipping is included, it’s worth ordering additional spare parts—such as cartridges—at the same time!
The replacement of individual parts is not included in the scope of services. If any replacement parts are needed, we will contact you separately.
Please understand that we cannot assume liability for any valuable items inside your airbag product. Therefore, we kindly ask you to remove such items before sending it to us. The order will only be accepted upon acknowledgment of our General Terms and Conditions.
